"My family members were always against what I'm doing, they never like the idea of a drag queen or a make up artist", said Jenny.
Gradually as the zeal for his works grew stronger and took a beautician training at Babina Beauty Institute, Nagamapal Imphal. After being capable of standing in his own feet, he and some like minded people/friends started running a beauty parlour at Khurai.
Then lady luck kissed his feet, when a trend of Manipuri Video Album swept across the state, receiving opportunity one after another and cleaves in the Manipuri Digital Film Industry. His first film work was a film called Meirilakta.
Working in the film industry inculcated the idea and love for film and for the first time he decided to try his hand and produced his own film "Mamado Leisabido Angaobido".
Most Memorable Moments: When he was awarded with the best "Make up Artist" by the Manipur Film Development Co-operation (MFDC) during the 7th Edition of the Manipur Film Festival.

Most challenging task: The most challenging task in his work is to transform the image of a young person to an older about 50 years. It is a very painstaking work as one has to create the artificial wrinkles, change the colour etc..., he sighed. But when it comes to interesting part of the job, he loves glamour!!!! and doing make up for a dance or a song scene/sequence.
Inspiration for producing film: The idea of producing a film is that he loves film work. And another reason - a contribution to help boost the Manipuri Film Industry to another level. Commercial returns have nothing to do with it, Jenny said. He has plans to move on with the idea of producing more films. Currently Jenny is working on two to three film projects. "Yairipok Thambalnu Amaga" - one among the said project is on the verge of starting filming.

About the Manipuri Film Industry: According to Jenny the film of Manipur has proven it worth to join the rest of the world with potential directors, actors and such but the main thing lacking behind is the technical facilities.
Message: He said that in order to become a good Make Up Artist, the key ingredient is patience, hard work, innovative and frankness. He thinks that the profession has lots of opportunity these days and one can easily sustain unlike the older days.
He urged the parents to let the child do what they wanted instead of barring them.
