An upcoming model with an aim to conquer the model industry of the state, Sweety Wahengbam is well groomed from her childhood days by her own initiative. With a desire to be one of the finest model and actress, she started by participating in singing, dancing in her locality events.
Inspite of her young age, she courageously faced the public by participating in the "Film Eeshei Gi Tanthada Sathek" (FETKH) in Children's Category of DAWN 2002 organised by Bright Films Manipur. She secured 2nd position in the competition.

After concentration in her studies, she participated in the Miss Pineapple 2012 organised as part of the 5th State Level Pineapple fair 2012 at Thambalnu market, Yairipok. She was crowned the "Miss Beautiful Eye Title" at the contest.
She also participated in the Miss Kut 2012 contest but could not win a title. With the exposure after her 'walk on the ramp' on various fashion shows, she is now being invited for many film projects but as of now, she is associated with only music videos even though she likes to step into the glamorous film industry.
She likes the character of being a simple and loving teenager in films. In her first venture in moving art, Sweety has acted in a music video titled 'Nangbu Uruba' (remix version) sung by Ashim Muivah and co-acted with Suraj which was directed by Kishworjit Khuman.
