Brief information about the artist: Kripa is a new entry in the world of Manipuri digital films. Like most of the actors and actresses, Kripa too began her journey to acting through her enthusiasm for dancing. Participating in local dance competition and performing in local festivities were her 'die hard' hobbies.

With little experience about acting, she managed to get an opportunity to appear in a video music album called "GP College" through friends. It was just a small role, but she performed it to the fullest and soon she was ready for more. Kripa's enthusiasm to pursue acting or performing arts has never been a problem to her family. The family fully support her desire to become a great artist.

Her aim is to become the greatest artist known for work and inspire many others who wants to become one.

"Acting is not an easy task for a young artist who is thriving for more. However it is a place to earn knowledge through meeting and mingling with others", said Kripa. During her relatively short stint in film industry, she has already learnt a lot in terms of new talent and knowledge, she adds.

"The best part is the release of an album or film in which I worked for. I feel relieved to see myself on the screen. This is when all the hardworks become worthwhile", said Kripa.

As an amateur, she is still struggling to take up emotional roles. According to her, shedding tears in her role is the hardest part.

When asked about the gravity of preference with regard to film or education, she discloses that she prefers film and acting stuff more. At the same time, she expresses her hope to take it to a higher level.

Memorable experience: Her first video music album shooting titled "GP College". Till today, She is unable to get over the excitement and highs she felt while performing in front of a camera for real which once was just a dream. The very day all her instinct did all what it takes without any confusion or nervousness, she laughed.

Coming to her school life, Kripa revealed that she has not faced any problems from school authorities or friends besides receiving little teasings here and there. Some kids would tease her saying 'is there no shooting today?". However, sometimes, she feels a little like an outsider when fellow class mates hesitate to get friendly with her or treat her like a normal kid.

About the film Industry: Kripa observed that one can sustain in this profession as the market is evergrowing. At the same time the industry is improving a lot. She observes that the industry is yet to get more indepth in order to explore hidden talents.

Message: Artist are not viewed very decently by the public. In order to avoid inviting such criticisms, one must be disciplined and maintain a clean character.
